About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Power BI professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining data visualizations and analytics solutions that drive key business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and adapt KPIs as business needs evolve.
• Create efficient data models, perform data transformations, and ensure data accuracy across multiple sources.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality visual analytics.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power BI development.
• Strong command of DAX, Power Query (M language), and SQL.
• Exposure to Databricks, Apache Spark, and data warehouse environments.
• Proven experience in transforming existing reports and dashboards to meet new performance metrics.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
