Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist with strong full-stack development capabilities and hands-on technical expertise across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will support the organization’s digital systems, applications, and infrastructure while contributing to ongoing development projects using Laravel, Flutter, Kotlin, and WPF (.NET C#). The role also involves managing cloud environments such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and Firebase, maintaining web assets (including WordPress), and providing onsite technical support to ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Software & Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using PHP Laravel framework.
• Develop and deploy Flutter applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Utilize Kotlin for native Android app development and maintenance.
• Create and manage desktop applications using WPF (.NET Framework) and C#.
• Implement and maintain responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and manage websites and content through WordPress CMS.

Cloud & Server Management

• Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud services on AWS, DigitalOcean, and Firebase.
• Handle server configuration, domain setup, SSL certificates, and database management.
• Maintain and transfer files securely via FileZilla (FTP/SFTP).
• Utilize Git and GitHub for version control, collaboration, and CI/CD workflows.

Technical Support & Maintenance

• Provide onsite IT support for hardware, network, and software troubleshooting.
• Support staff in resolving technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in software development or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Laravel, Flutter, Kotlin, and .NET (C#).
• Experience with AWS, DigitalOcean, and Firebase cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with WordPress, HTML/CSS, and responsive design standards.
• Proficiency in Git/GitHub, FileZilla, and version control principles.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Optional but Advantageous)

• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Understanding of DevOps tools or containerization (Docker, CI/CD pipelines).
• Basic knowledge of database systems such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles.
