Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Tenth Revolution Group
Norway · Full-time · Mid-Senior

We’re on a mission to transform how organisations create, manage, and deliver high-impact presentations.

Our AI-powered platform streamlines the process of turning complex data and insights into polished, decision-ready narratives - freeing teams from tedious formatting and allowing them to focus on storytelling and strategy.

Founded by consultants and technologists, we serve enterprise clients across industries such as financial reporting, strategy development, and IT & security. Our product emphasizes seamless integration, brand consistency, and enterprise-grade security.

We’re looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our growing team and help shape the next generation of features in presentation automation, data visualisation, content generation, and beyond.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, build, and refine AI/ML models that power our core capabilities: e.g. slide generation, template adaptation, chart & visual creation, summarization, and natural language-to-visual mapping
  • Work closely with product, design, and front-end/back-end engineers to embed AI into the full product experience
  • Research, prototype, and evaluate new AI/ML techniques (e.g. transformers, multimodal models, graph neural networks)
  • Ensure model robustness, performance, and scalability in production environments
  • Monitor, maintain, and iterate on deployed models (data drift detection, retraining pipelines, model versioning)
  • Contribute to infrastructure and tooling (data pipelines, model serving, inference optimization)
  • Help shape the AI roadmap, balancing technical feasibility with user and business needs
  • Document solutions, best practices, and share knowledge with the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong foundation in AI or machine learning engineering, deep learning, statistics, or data science
  • Experience with large language models (LLMs), sequence models, or multimodal models
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, feature engineering, and data preprocessing
  • Experience with model serving, inference optimisation, and scalable deployment (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, MLflow)
  • Proficiency in Python and the ML ecosystem (e.g. scikit-learn, numpy, pandas)
  • Ability to research state-of-the-art techniques and adapt them to real-world product needs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Desirable / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with presentation AI, document understanding, or automated content generation
  • Familiarity with computer vision, graph models, or structured data modelling
  • Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning LLMs
  • Experience delivering user-facing AI features (optimising latency, usability, and fallback strategies)
  • Prior experience in a startup / high-growth environment
  • Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance best practices

What You’ll Get:

  • The opportunity to build a foundational AI-driven product used by enterprises worldwide
  • A collaborative, agile, and intellectually stimulating environment
  • Opportunities for professional growth and ongoing learning
