About the Company
Our client is one of Norway’s most respected IT consultancies – a business that has continued to grow even during challenging market conditions. 2024 was their most successful year to date, reflecting a long-term approach and a strong focus on building a supportive, people-first culture.
They operate through small, close-knit local offices that maintain the family feel of a smaller consultancy while being backed by the stability and resources of a larger organisation.
The Role
You will join a team of skilled .NET developers working on long-term customer projects across the public and private sectors. Many of these assignments span several years, offering you the chance to develop your career within a customer environment while continuing to learn and grow technically.
This is a technically challenging and rewarding role that offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on critical systems used nationwide.

- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a .NET Developer (C#, .NET, Azure preferred)
- C1 level Norwegian communication skills (must be able to hold technical and business conversations fluently)
- Completed Bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field
- Willingness to travel to customer sites 2–3 times per week (Sandvika, Drammen, and/or central Oslo)
- Eligibility for Norwegian security clearance
What’s on Offer
- Proven track record of growth and stability – 2024 was their strongest financial year to date
- Long-term customer projects with clear opportunities for progression
- Supportive, family-style working culture within small regional offices
- Compensation for work-related travel outside of your normal commute
- Competitive base salary plus a regional profit-sharing bonus (distributed among employees based on regional performance)
- Annual employee share scheme – purchase discounted shares with the potential to double in value every three years
- Flexible, family-friendly working environment and strong work-life balance ethos
