We are hiring for one of our clients, a company that provide Fitness and Wellness Services, a Customer Support Specialist.


Responsibilities:


 Respond to customer and client inquiries via email, chat and/or phone with diplomacy, professionalism & efficiency.

 Troubleshoot app-related issues and guide users through steps to resolve problems on both iOS & Android platforms.

 Will coordinate Tech, Marketing & Social Media teams to address incoming user\ and/or partner inquiries, escalate bugs, collect feedback & ensure prompt issue resolution.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the app’s features, updates & known issues.

 Assist clients with account setup, usage questions, billing or technical issues.

 Record detailed case notes & follow-up actions.

 Monitor user feedback & report recurring issues or suggestions to the team.

 Proficient in guiding users through resolving app-related issues on both iOS & Android platforms.

 Uphold the client's app’s tone values in every customer interaction.


Qualifications:

 Previous Customer Service Experience

 Collaborative Team Player

 Diplomatic & Detail-Oriented Communicator

 Product Knowledge Champion

 Technical Troubleshooting Expertise & Experienced in Multichannel Support are a big plus.

 Languages: English & Arabic

 Based in Dubai
