As a Technical Manager, you are the technical leader of a strategic client account - or a portfolio of accounts - with end-to-end ownership of the technical success and quality of our solution delivery. You work in close partnership with the Delivery Leader, ensuring that our clients not only go live successfully, but continue to thrive and scale with confidence.
You are a hands-on leader who drives solution design with architects, partners closely with engineering leads, and leads from the front when needed during complex technical challenges or critical incidents. You set the tone for engineering excellence, while ensuring the right technical team structures and accountabilities are in place to deliver at scale

- youOverall experience of 10+ years and 5 years of management experience with solid technical background, including experience in software and systems architect
- ure;You have led enterprise-grade software delivery, preferably in financial services or regulated industr
- ies;You have experience with most of our technology stack: Java, Spring, Maven, Gradle, Angular, Kotlin, Cloud Deployments, Docker, Kubernetes (on-prem, cloud) and Swift. Having a cloud certification (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is a p
- lus;You thrive in high-stakes environments, leading from the front during escalations and aligning cross-functional teams under press
