Who This Role Is For
As a Talent Acquisition & HR Manager, you’ll own the full employee lifecycle — from sourcing and hiring top technical talent to ensuring smooth onboarding and managing ongoing people operations. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape recruitment strategy, strengthen our employer brand, and build scalable HR processes that support a thriving company culture.

What You’ll Do
- Attract and secure top talent through effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, and assessments.
- Deliver a seamless hiring experience by coordinating interviews, evaluations, and candidate communications.
- Create meaningful connections with candidates through recruitment events and talent market outreach.
- Ensure smooth integration with structured onboarding and probation reviews.
- Support efficient HR operations by managing employee requests, records, and analytics.
- Foster engagement and culture through initiatives that boost belonging and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in either talent acquisition (IT recruitment is a plus) or HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and Romanian employment law.
- Excellent communication (English fluency) and negotiation skills.
- Able to set priorities, manage time effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Can identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose or implement solutions.
