Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the CRM & Loyalty function by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building data models, designing dashboards, and delivering performance reports to optimize the loyalty program’s impact across all channels. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks, along with the ability to communicate data-driven recommendations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor loyalty KPIs such as enrollment trends, customer retention, basket size, and lifetime value.
- Build predictive models and performance forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct customer segmentation, churn prediction, and cohort analyses.
- Identify underperforming segments or campaigns and recommend improvement actions.
- Structure and manage scalable data models to support loyalty performance tracking.
- Design dynamic dashboards using Power BI, SQL, and Databricks for real-time insights.
- Ensure data quality, normalization, and integrity across CRM and loyalty datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, marketing, retail, e-commerce) to align on unified performance reporting.
- Evaluate CRM and loyalty campaigns, providing ROI reports and behavior analyses.
- Document data logic, definitions, and governance for reporting transparency.
- Monitor compliance with data privacy and consent management standards.
Experience, Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, loyalty analytics, or performance reporting.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Databricks with large datasets.
- Solid understanding of loyalty program logic, customer segmentation, and ROI measurement.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in retail, pharmacy, or e-commerce analytics is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Spark SQL, Python, or advanced statistical modeling is a plus.
- Familiarity with CDP platforms, CRM tools, and data governance frameworks preferred.
