The Human Resources Co-Ordinator is responsible for providing essential support to the HR team in recruitment, employee relations, payroll & benefits, records management, policies, employment laws, programs and Corporate & Social Responsibility. This individual will be a self-starter, highly motivated and thrive working in a fast-paced team environment.


Responsibilities


  • Represent the Human Resources function in a professional, knowledgeable and relatable manner.
  • Provide support including managing employee records and assisting with payroll and benefits processes.
  • Assist with recruitment, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews and managing On Boarding and Off Boarding processes.
  • Guide employees through HR processes answering questions about policies and administering benefits.
  • Ensure all HR functions comply with local and federal regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records and new hire documentation.
  • Support employees and assist in resolving employee related issues ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Support the implementation of training programs and assist in employee development.
  • Support the execution of Corporate & Social Responsibility tactics.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand specific needs requirements for roles.
  • Manage your time and resources to enable successful task performance.

Education, Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or certificate in related field or HR certification
  • Self-motivated with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to pay attention to detail
  • Organization skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Power Point Excel
  • Experience with Bamboo HR desirable
