Senior Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery excellence across cybersecurity and AI-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader and Agile expert, experienced in guiding multiple teams toward high performance, fostering collaboration, and delivering value in a complex enterprise environment. This role demands strong facilitation skills, a deep understanding of Agile frameworks, and the ability to partner with technical and business stakeholders to remove impediments and optimize flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding scope, schedule, and budget across multiple initiatives.
• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and iteration meetings.
• Continuously improve team performance by identifying and removing impediments that hinder progress.
• Maintain product and sprint backlogs and manage the development tracking system using Jira and Jira Align.
• Monitor sprint progress, ensure velocity tracking, and help teams improve estimation and delivery predictability.
• Foster a self-organizing, collaborative team environment, shielding teams from distractions and ensuring focus on sprint goals.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles, SAFe methodologies, and Agile best practices to maximize performance.
• Utilize Jira and Jira Align to plan, track, and report progress across multiple Agile release trains and value streams.
• Facilitate value stream mapping and continuous improvement initiatives across cybersecurity and AI programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and technical leads to prioritize backlogs and manage risk-based outcomes.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, translating technical and delivery insights into business impact.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments.
• 2+ years of experience supporting cybersecurity or AI-related initiatives.
• Proven experience applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) in complex, multi-team environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Jira Align, and Agile reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of value stream management, business agility, and Agile metrics.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

• Certifications: PMP, CSM, CSP, SAFe SPC, CISSP, or CISM.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, secure SDLC, and continuous security compliance.
• Familiarity with AI program management, governance, and ethical AI practices.
• Experience with information security technologies across multiple platforms.
• Strong understanding of networking, communications, and infrastructure security.
