Title: Project Manager – Learning Systems (Workday LMS Implementation)
Location - Toronto ON (hybrid)
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and support a variety of projects, with a primary focus on the implementation of the Workday Learning Management System (LMS) and other learning-related initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, prior experience with HR or learning technology implementations, and the ability to manage both strategic and operational aspects of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from definition and scope through to successful implementation and adoption.
- Lead the project management and change management plans for the Workday LMS implementation, ensuring smooth rollout and employee adoption.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, digital solutions teams, communications, and technology partners, to ensure alignment and delivery of project objectives.
- Partner with the business to design and develop learning materials, communications, and resources to support end-users.
- Analyze KPIs and communicate project status updates to stakeholders regularly throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support delivery of reporting processes, including time-sensitive data requests, and apply process improvement methods to streamline reporting and operational workflows.
- Drive a learning culture by supporting professional development initiatives and ensuring system capabilities align with business needs.
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management experience, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience with Workday Learning or other enterprise LMS implementations.
- Strong ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and monitor multiple projects and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel, SmartSheet, JIRA, PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively under pressure with competing priorities.
- Experience in HR, Learning & Development, or Talent Management environments preferred.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent) is an asset.
