Job Description

  • Requirements Gathering: Review existing documents and workflows, and capture user stories and technical requirements.
  • Project Management Support: Work with the project manager to track progress, milestones, and manage changes to scope or schedule.
  • Business Analysis Support: Help with requirements workshops and user acceptance testing.
  • Operational Support (BAU): Handle daily operations, resolve production issues, manage service requests, and address escalations.
  • Vendor Monitoring: Track vendor performance, suggest improvements, and ensure compliance with contracts.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, or related field.
  • At least 4 years in project management and business analysis, preferably involving IT system implementation and maintenance with multiple external interfaces.
  • PMP and CBAP (or equivalent) are an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills for end-to-end implementation, including requirements, testing, and rollout.
  • Solid business analysis skills for documenting and tracking functional, interface, and data requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and issue updates.
  • Familiar with agile methodology for managing implementation and testing.
  • Experienced in managing issue reporting, resolution tracking, and SLA compliance.
