C++ Software Developer II Key Responsibilities:
- Write, debug, and maintain high-quality code to meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues independently, ranging from simple bugs to complex technical challenges.
- Design and implement new features and enhancements to improve the functionality and usability of our products.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to facilitate their growth and development.
- Develop expertise in at least one area of our products, serving as a go-to resource for related tasks and challenges.
- Learn to accurately estimate project scopes and timelines, and effectively manage workloads to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience programming in C++
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as needed.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
