Responsibilities
- Create engaging visual designs for web and mobile applications, including UI components, forms and full pages
- Transform wireframes and concepts into polished visual designs
- Build and customize websites using Webflow and WordPress
- Collaborate with UX designers, front-end developers, and project managers
- Ensure designs are technically feasible
- Create and maintain design documentation and specifications for development handoff
- Implement responsive designs across multiple platforms and devices
- Help maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- 1-3 years of experience a UI/UX Designer
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills for digital products
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience building and customizing websites with Webflow
- Working knowledge of WordPress themes and customization
- Understanding of front-end development principles, including HTML, CSS, and responsive design
- Experience with or willingness to learn AI-assisted design tools like Cursor
- Familiarity with how AI can be integrated into design workflows
- Knowledge of atomic/component design, and token design systems
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate design decisions
- Mobile and Web design experience
- Possesses Empathy Softskills
- Self-motivated
- Exhibits a collaborative mindset
- Has well-developed critical thinking skills
