The Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Project Manager to join our Global Marketing & Communications team. This individual will lead day-to-day execution across Design, Social and Internal Communications workstreams, ensuring smooth delivery of content and campaigns that elevate our brand visibility and drive business impact.

This highly cross-functional role requires strong coordination, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, and calendar management skills. The Project Manager works independently across owned workstreams while partnering closely with the Senior Project Manager to maintain consistent processes and standards across the broader Marcomms team.

What You Will Do:

Planning & Execution

  • Drive day-to-day execution of internal initiatives and content production across Design, Social, and Internal Communications.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and shared trackers to ensure priorities stay on course and milestones are met.
  • Coordinate intake, scoping, and alignment across stakeholders for design and content initiatives.
  • Track progress across asset development, including feedback cycles, version control, and approvals.
  • Maintain working calendars and trackers for Design and Social initiatives, ensuring status and ownership are clear for the Design & Social leads.
  • Coordinate internal milestone meetings such as design syncs, creative standups, and planning reviews; prepare agendas and capture follow-ups.
  • Gather input from stakeholders and ensure alignment throughout planning and rollout phases of brand campaigns, content series, and other internal initiatives.

Creative Workflow & Asset Management

  • Own intake and tracking of creative requests, ensuring briefs are complete and timelines are feasible.
  • Manage version control, feedback, and approvals across design and social assets.
  • Coordinate final asset delivery, organize files across SharePoint, and uphold file naming conventions.
  • Ensure QA standards are met across all outputs: formatting, consistency, and brand compliance.
  • Coordinate asset readiness and internal review milestones for social content.
  • Format and distribute internal email communications via Outlook and Mailchimp and manage associated calendar invites.
  • Support packaging of design and social assets for internal rollouts or executive communications.

Tools, Documentation & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Maintain and organize shared Project Management tools, trackers, and documentation systems, including version control and file structures.
  • Uphold documentation standards and consistent delivery practices aligned with the broader PM function to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Act as a daily coordination point for Design and Social leads, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Identify and escalate workflow inefficiencies, supporting the Senior Project Manager in driving continuous process improvement and standardization across Marketing & Communications.

Who You Are:

  • A highly organized, detail-oriented project manager with 3-5 years of experience, who thrives in creative environments and brings structure to fast-paced teams.
  • Skilled in building timelines, managing calendars and deliverables, and keeping work moving across shifting priorities, evolving deadlines and multiple collaborators.
  • A clear, collaborative communicator who keeps partners aligned, surfaces blockers early and ensures and keeps plans visible and achievable.
  • Skilled in both tactical execution and cross-functional coordination, ensuring the right people are involved at the right time and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Curious, proactive and eager to learn. You ask thoughtful questions, speak up when something’s unclear, and quickly learn new systems, tools, and team dynamics
  • Familiar working with designers and content leads; confident managing feedback loops, asset reviews, and version control across multiple formats

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in project management, creative operations, production coordination, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to build timelines, manage shared trackers and calendars and track milestones across concurrent workstreams
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; capable of building timelines, status reports, and decks with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace for collaborative planning and execution
  • Familiar with design file types and formats (.jpeg, .png, .pdf, .ai) and basic version control practices
  • Experience formatting final assets, tracking deliverables, and maintaining organized file libraries
  • Bonus: Familiarity with internal comms tools (Outlook distribution lists, Mailchimp) or social scheduling processes in collaboration with content leads.
