- 5+ years of experience in trade marketing or category management within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of driving growth through data-driven campaigns and strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of the Oman or GCC retail landscape, with experience managing cross-channel marketing initiatives.
- Skilled in promotional strategy, trade activations, and channel marketing to maximize ROI.
- Excellent analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; additional certifications are a plus.
- A proactive thinker with strong collaboration skills and a passion for building impactful trade marketing campaigns.
