Our team specializes in building scalable web and mobile applications, product design, and end-to-end digital transformation. We’re expanding our international operations and looking for a motivated English-speaking Recruiter based in Ukraine to help us grow our team of top tech talent.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers).
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified developers, designers, and project managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain recruitment data and candidate information in our ATS or internal database.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent in Ukraine and Eastern Europe.

• Based in Ukraine with a stable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
• Fluent in English (B2 or higher) – both spoken and written.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist, ideally within the IT or software development sector.
• Strong understanding of the Ukrainian and Eastern European tech market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote team environment.
