Job Overview

We are seeking a Lead Blockchain Engineer to drive the architecture, development, and optimization of blockchain systems across our products.

This role focuses on the Ethereum ecosystem, smart contract design in Solidity, and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, with an emphasis on scalable backend systems supporting DeFi logic, asset management, and cross-chain integrations.

You will play a key role in shaping on-chain architecture, building secure and efficient smart contracts, and aligning blockchain solutions with overall product and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy smart contracts on Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
• Lead the blockchain architecture and integration across backend systems and product infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define tokenomics, RWA tokenization logic, and DeFi mechanisms.
• Contribute to protocol-level design, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, smart contract audits, and gas/performance optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with Ethereum Layer 2 solutions (Arbitrum, Optimism, zkSync, Polygon) and other emerging protocols.
• Support the team with technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural decisions.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with 3+ years in blockchain-focused roles.
• Strong proficiency in Solidity and EVM-based development frameworks (Hardhat, Foundry, Truffle).
• Deep understanding of DeFi protocols, DEX architectures, and tokenomics design.
• Experience with smart contract audits, gas optimization, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with RWA tokenization models, staking, and governance mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience integrating Web3 tools, SDKs, and APIs into backend systems.
• Solid knowledge of Node.js / TypeScript / Go / Python for blockchain integration layers.
• Understanding of Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain communication patterns.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to lead and collaborate within distributed teams.
