Job Description
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Human Resources Operations Associate to join our People Operations team. This role supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the HR department, ensuring efficient HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, data-savvy, and committed to maintaining accuracy in HR systems and compliance. This role also may support the hiring, onboarding, and training of future HR team members. The working hours for this role would be 2 PM - 11 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Life Cycle Management
- Manage global onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire documentation, right-to-work verifications, benefits enrollment and terminations.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and confidential employee data in HRIS.
- Oversee day-to-day global benefits administration, ensuring timely resolution of employee queries and issues within agreed service levels.
- Partner with payroll to ensure accurate employee data, benefit deductions, and reconciliations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors and third-party providers, managing escalations, monitoring service delivery, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Work closely with finance to ensure benefit audits are accurate and invoices are processed on time.
- Assist with global benefits renewal processes where needed.
- Manage global leave of absences programs.
- Support global mobility processes, including visa applications, renewals, and right-to-work documentation.
- Partner with immigration counsel and vendors to manage cases and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Track visa expirations and work authorization status to reduce compliance risks.
- Support employee engagement and education initiatives, including recognition and reward programs, as well as benefits education sessions.
- Work to streamline and automate HR operational processes to drive efficiency.
- Assist with compensation-related tasks, including benchmarking and annual compensation surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR support or operations role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data entry, and confidentiality requirements
- Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Sage People, etc.) preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self starter and ability to work independently
- Experience working in a global organization and supporting human resources responsibilities globally.
- Experience training and supporting other team members.
