Ethical Hacker - Penetration Testing & Red Teaming

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Ethical Hacker with expertise in penetration testing and a strong foundation in cybersecurity. This role involves performing security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and provide actionable recommendations to enhance security postures. You will work independently or as part of a team, applying your skills to ensure comprehensive testing and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct penetration testing to uncover vulnerabilities and weaknesses in client systems.
• Support Red Teaming activities to simulate realistic attack scenarios (preferred).
• Prepare detailed reports with findings and recommendations to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver high-quality security assessments.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on penetration testing experience.
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
• Preferred certifications: eWPT, eWPTx, eCPPT, OSCP, or similar.
• Fluency in Dutch, both spoken and written.

Preferred Skills

• Practical experience in Red Teaming engagements.
• Ability to adapt and operate effectively in diverse environments and industries.
