Product Designer – Fintech SaaS – London – £60-70k + Equity – Shape the Future of Design


Here at Venchr, we’re looking for a creative, curious, and ambitious Product Designers to join a growing fintech that’s changing how businesses move money across borders.


You’ll be stepping in as the first and only designer, with the freedom to shape the entire design function — from building design systems to creating beautiful, intuitive experiences that make complex financial products simple.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Collaborating with product, engineering, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
  • Designing seamless user experiences across web and mobile
  • Running user research and testing to make sure our products genuinely help users
  • Building and maintaining our design system
  • Advocating for design best practices and accessibility across the team


What we’re looking for:


  • 5+ years’ experience in product or UX/UI design
  • A portfolio that shows strong design thinking and real impact
  • Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools)
  • Experience working on SaaS or B2B products (fintech is a bonus!)
  • Someone who’s collaborative, proactive, and ready to take ownership
