Role Description

This is a full-time role as an intermediate/ senior full stack developer working in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills together with a willingness to work as part of a team. You will be responsible for contributing to the developing and maintaining software applications, debugging and fixing problems and errors, and assisting with the testing and deployment of software applications. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient web applications using the MERN stack.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Contribute to the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, and support).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack MERN Developer
• Strong proficiency in NextJS, ExpressJS
• Solid understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with Express.js and RESTful API development
• Knowledge of MongoDB and NoSQL databases
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript)
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (required)

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
