Senior Software Engineer 100%
Your main tasks
With an eye to the future, you will play a key role in advancing the company's software development. Your supervisor, the Head of R&D, and internal sparring partners will support you in this. You will contribute to shaping the software development strategy in terms of products, methods, tools, platforms and organisation.
You will also play a key role in designing the architecture and managing the development activities for the new control, processing and display software, working alongside colleagues from the development department at our headquarters in Orpund, as well as the software development group in Barcelona.
You will combine IT (information technology) and OT (operational technology) to introduce solutions that enable the implementation of IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) approaches for our customers.
Your profile
For this position, you have extensive experience in developing software applications in the technical field. Thanks to your expertise, you can supervise, assess, and manage the requirements of complex real-time software for technical applications as well as project management. You are interested in the implementation of complex measurement and testing systems. You always keep track of the essentials and have the sensitivity and skills to involve stakeholders in order to achieve common goals.
For internal and external contacts, you can communicate fluently in English, ideally also in German, French or Spanish.
