Job Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the company's local recruitment work in Sydney, including posting recruitment information, screening resumes, arranging interviews, etc., to ensure that the company recruits suitable talents in a timely manner.
- Manage procedures such as employee onboarding, resignation, and regularization, establish and maintain employee files, and ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel information.
- Assist in formulating and improving the company's human resource management systems and processes to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in Sydney.
- Be responsible for employee relationship management, handle employee inquiries and complaints, organize employee activities, and enhance team cohesion.
- Assist in salary and welfare management, including salary calculation, social security and provident fund handling and other related work.
- Complete other human resource-related tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration and other related fields are preferred.
- Have more than 3 years of work experience in human resources; those with local human resources work experience in Sydney are preferred.
- Familiar with local labor laws and regulations as well as human resource management processes in Sydney.
- Possess good communication and coordination skills, organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, and proficient in using office software.
- Be serious and responsible in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
