Elbaite is an award winning Australian cryptocurrency exchange since 2017 built on a simple idea - real ownership and real innovation. We’re expanding globally, launching in the U.S., and building new products like FastStables.com to help businesses use stablecoins for real-world payments.

Now, we’re ready to take our social media game to the next level and that’s where you come in.

Position Summary

We’re looking for someone who lives on social media — someone who scrolls TikTok before breakfast, knows what’s trending on X (Twitter), and can spot a meme opportunity faster than ChatGPT can write one.

You’ll work directly with the CEO and marketing team to grow the Elbaite and Elbaite USA social media presence.

No formal marketing experience required. What matters most is taste, creativity, and understanding what makes people stop scrolling. We are looking for someone who uses at least 1 social media platform for their own personal brand or just for fun, so that we can see your skills in building followers, and content.

What You’ll Do:

• Create short-form videos, memes, posts, and other content for TikTok, X, and Instagram, etc
• Stay plugged into crypto, finance, and cultural trends and turn them into relevant content
• Build and manage the content calendar for multiple Elbaite brands (Australia, USA, FastStables)
• Experiment, learn, and iterate fast, no bureaucracy, no endless approval chains

What We’re Looking For

• Are fluent in the language of memes, trends, and internet culture
• Use TikTok and X every day this includes posting content regularly with at least 500 followers and understand what “plays”
• Can make things look good without overthinking
• Want to be part of a high tech startup that’s actually doing something new in crypto
• Are self-taught, self-motivated, and not afraid to try new ideas

Bonus Points

• Have edited videos before (even if it’s just CapCut or Reels)
• Understand crypto or fintech culture (or are curious to learn)
• Have your own social presence you’re proud of
• Are comfortable being on camera or coaching others to be
