Commencing on a 12-month contract in January 2026, the Data Governance Analyst is an entry-level graduate role responsible for supporting and managing Red Bull’s internal data and systems for both On and Off Premise sales teams. The role ensures that data is accurate, consistent and secure, enabling reliable sales and field reporting. By maintaining clean and well-governed data, this position plays a key part in delivering trustworthy insights and supporting business decisions.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

DATA MANAGEMENT & DATA QUALITY ASSESSMENT

Oversee the end-to-end management of monthly customer data (depletions), ensuring receival, transformation, loading, and reporting processes Work closely with the Finance team to integrate depletions data into our tools while safeguarding data integrity Maintain data quality standards, recommend improvements, and enhance data governance practices Ensure compliance with local and HQ data segmentation guidelines to align with business objectives Manage key field attributes within Red Bull’s internal Master Data, including the analysis and resolution of duplicate accounts

DATA DOCUMENTS & SUPPORT

Develop and maintain guides, templates, and training materials for effective report and dashboard use, including flagging data issues Create and update technical documentation such as SQL libraries, data flows, hierarchy rules, and data models, ensuring alignment with HQ governance standards Provide on-demand support to On and Off Premise sales teams, ensuring data accuracy and troubleshooting

REPORTING & INSIGHTS

Deliver monthly business reports aligned with local, regional, and HQ schedules and guidelines Support BI projects across On and Off Premise channels, ensuring data quality and consistency while recommending system improvements Track and report Data Quality KPIs monthly, identifying issues and opportunities for improvement

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • Recent tertiary education in Business, Data Analytics, IT or Economics (Information Systems preferred) or other relevant discipilines
  • Strong interpersonal skills with experience preferably gained from internship or some professional experience in Data
  • Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Data & Analytics
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, Trifacta, or similar tools
  • Advanced skills in Excel
