🫵 Why We Need You

We’re looking for a Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join our engineering team as a key Individual Contributor.

This is a long-term role — not a temporary project — where you’ll have the chance to own meaningful parts of the product and grow alongside the company. You’ll play a hands-on role in building our new app/web app for small business owners: a suite of tools that includes business profile management, social media, scheduling, review management, and more.

You’ll collaborate directly with our VP of Software Engineering, working through every stage of the software development lifecycle. Your experience with system design, scalable architecture, and clean, maintainable code will help shape the foundation of our product for years to come.

🚀 The Impact You’ll Have

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web and mobile applications.
• Develop, design, and maintain scalable web applications, mobile applications, and backend services.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, ensuring quality and security throughout the development process.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to continually improve software efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development to drive innovation and best practices.

✅ What We Really Need From You

• 10+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education).
• Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, is sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment. 
• Experience in building Flutter mobile applications.
• Knowledge of single-page web application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Working knowledge of:
• Object-Oriented design principles
• Flutter and Dart
• SQL and RDBMS

➕ What Would Be Big Pluses

• Knowledge of Flutter Test, Flutter Integration, and Mocktail is a plus.
• Typescript
• Vue.JS
