As an eCommerce Project Manager, you will support the North America eCommerce team by working directly with our business stakeholders to drive their business solution implementation. Working with multiple teams, you will evaluate the proposed solution, assess risks, plan the implementation, support the delivery, and manage the overall success. You will oversee delivery and acceptance of the project scope as defined in the statement of work using including tasks, deliverables, milestones, and resources, while coordinating with the core IT teams as needed. You will ensure successful requirement deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic, cross-functional eCommerce initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Partner with senior business leaders to define project goals, success indicators, and plans that support broader objectives.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across marketing, merchandising, IT, analytics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and adoption.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, balance competing priorities and ensure resource optimization.
- Work in a fast-paced environment to create and manage detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and change management processes.
- Oversee integration, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance in vendor and third-party relationships.
- Report on project health and outcomes to executive stakeholders, providing clear, data-driven updates and recommendations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required in related area
- Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) are strongly preferred.
- 8 years of experience in project management, with a focus on eCommerce
- Advanced level of English (spoken and written) – must be able to present project updates and communicate effectively with global teams.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale digital initiatives, ideally in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, including platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce), analytics, and customer experience technologies.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus across diverse teams.
- Experience managing offshore and cross-functional teams in a hybrid or remote environment.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, XML, Java) and software development lifecycles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Willingness to work flexible, non-traditional hours to accommodate global communications and coordination.
