Our client is a rapidly growing AI startup focused on revolutionizing the European Mittelstand. They're developing innovative SaaS solutions to help businesses navigate complex regulations and drive sustainability.

The Role:

As a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing and maintaining our AI pipeline. Your work will involve:

  • Designing, implementing, and maintaining AI pipelines, with a focus on RAG models and LLM fine-tuning
  • Developing and optimizing data pipelines for efficient data processing
  • Fine-tuning LLMs to align with specific business use cases
  • Implementing evaluation frameworks to measure model performance
  • Building systems for LLM observability and continuous improvement


Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Engineering
  • Strong Python or TypeScript programming skills
  • Expertise in machine learning, particularly LLMs and RAG
  • Experience with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure
