Your territory

As part of our iOS Development team, you will:

  • Develop a state-of-the-art app that is used by nearly one million users
  • Define, implement and test new features on iOS 17+ using Swift 6 for our app within iOS frameworks
  • Identify performance bottlenecks and diagnose issues with Instruments, Memory Graph and log analysis
  • Learn from experienced developers in an agile environment
  • Collaborate closely with Backend, Hardware, Design (Figma), Customer Experience and QA teams to fine-tune the app experience
  • Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies in order to provide efficient and modern solutions
  • Learn our GitFlow, code review practices and CI/CD (Jenkins + Fastlane) and instrument features with Firebase (Crashlytics/Analytics)
  • Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
  • Continuously grow personally and professionally in a learning-focused, supportive environment where curiosity and initiative are encouraged

Your profile

Key requirements:

  • Experience in developing apps or projects for iOS devices (university, internship or personal)
  • Very good Swift skills (Swift 6+) with solid fundamentals in SwiftUI and Combine
  • Big plus: Portfolio of personal iOS projects or apps shipped via TestFlight
  • Proficiency in Git workflows (GitFlow), resolving conflicts and writing clear commit messages
  • You’re enrolled at an Austrian university/FH, available for a 3-month on-site internship and hold a valid work permit for full-time employment
  • Willing to learn and to work as part of an awesome, international team
  • Advanced English skills
