Here's what we're looking for:

We are looking for a Training Intern at mySugr who is passionate about learning and wants to gain experience in a global company. As a Training Intern, you will work closely with employees from every department to help them release great trainings and ensure that new employees are trained. Our interns do not pick up coffee, you will gain hands-on experience and be trusted as an equal when working with our teams. We are seeking someone who is highly independent but knows when to ask questions to get the best possible outcomes.

Your upcoming mission:

  • Assist in maintaining an overview of mySugr trainings
  • Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training courses in the Learning Management System
  • Help to maintain training assignments for various training audiences
  • Assist employees with training related queries
  • Together with the Training Owners, help to assign and communicate updates to training
  • Help to maintain content that upholds our Quality Management System

Essential skills for your mission:

  • Interested in learning and contributing to a Learning Management System
  • Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Interested in data management within various software tools
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Be a self-starter with a “have a go” attitude
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • You are either an EU citizen or hold a valid Austrian work permit

Bonus Skills:

  • Studies or experience in company training management
  • Experience working with the Atlassian software, particularly Confluence
  • Experience working with Cornerstone or other Learning Management systems
