As a Backend Java Developer, you will:
- Design and implement process and data models, technical specifications, and prototypes.
- Research and recommend technical solutions that meet defined requirements and standards.
- Build and integrate technological components and applications.
- Develop and maintain unit and integration test suites, test plans, and programs.
- Assist with system deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive technical and user documentation.
- Support the project manager in defining tasks, estimates, and deliverables.
- Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings to ensure project alignment.
- Provide third-level application support by analyzing and resolving technical issues.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience in software development.
- Proven expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and building RESTful APIs.
- Strong skills in Oracle databases and SQL development.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, design patterns, and coding best practices.
- Experience with unit and integration testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and exposure to Angular projects is a plus.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on high-quality results.
