Your Rôle : Lead Developer

As a Full Stack Senior Software Engineer, you are the technical pillar of our organization. Your mission is to take full responsibility for the SideGeek platform , our engine for talent matching and training management , ensuring its reliability, security, and scalability across our multiple sites (Brussels, Antwerp, Roubaix, etc.). You are essential to the Tech team: you design and implement critical functionalities, from the anonymous recruitment algorithm to the integration of Cloud systems and future innovations, such as AI. Your senior Full Stack expertise ensures that technology directly serves our social mission and supports MolenGeek's growth.

Your Responsibilities

Your mission is to be the development lead for the SideGeek platform, the heart of the MolenGeek community. You must develop and maintain the technical architecture (Back-End) supporting all our services, such as the anonymous matching algorithms between our talents and partner companies, or the modules for managing events and training. You are responsible for ensuring the reliability and scalability of the platform by collaborating closely with the Leads of the different services. You are the engine of product evolution: you implement strategic new features related to AI (like advanced skill-matching) and design reporting tools so the Finance and Sales teams can measure our impact and sustainability. All work must be executed according to the best development practices, ensuring impeccable code quality.

The Profile We Are Looking For

● Expertise: Full Stack Senior with 7+ years of experience, possessing a solid mastery of Front-End and Back-End development.

● Back-End: Proven expertise in at least one language of the MolenGeek ecosystem (PHP/Laravel, Python, Node.js), and strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.

● Front-End: Significant experience with a modern framework (React, Vue.js, or Angular).

● Infrastructure/DevOps: Mastery of Cloud concepts, containerization (Docker), and version control (Git).

● Methodology: Current practice of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).

● Team Spirit and Empathy: Willingness to actively work with the team and understand the real needs of users (learners, community members) and other poles before developing solutions.

● Product Culture: Strong orientation towards added value for the end-user and the organization, with a focus on SideGeek's continuous improvement.

● Technological Curiosity: Passion for monitoring and integrating new technologies, notably AI, to ensure SideGeek remains at the forefront of innovation.
