Job Description
The mission
Turn validated insights into shippable interfaces. Fast. You’ll work within and contribute to our design system, creating consistent, accessible, and efficient user interfaces for our enterprise applications.
What You’ll Do
- Design system contribution: maintain and extend components, tokens, and patterns; help keep Figma and front-end libraries aligned.
- Rapid UI design: translate requirements into clear flows, screens, and interactive prototypes that are ready for development.
- Frontend collaboration: work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible, consistent, and easy to implement.
- Quality & accessibility: apply UX/UI best practices and maintain design consistency across applications.
- Documentation: help improve component guidelines and design documentation.
- Workflow efficiency: identify and improve repetitive design tasks through reusable assets and lean processes.
You bring
- Bachelor/Master or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in UX/UI or product design, ideally in enterprise or system-heavy products.
- Strong experience with Figma (Auto Layout, Variants, variables/tokens, components, prototyping).
- Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
- Understanding of front-end principles (CSS, components, responsiveness) and ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Comfortable working in a Microsoft-based environment (Teams, Azure DevOps, SharePoint).
- Clear communicator, team player, and efficient problem-solver.
- Familiarity with component documentation tools.
- Experience with PWA (Progressive Web App) development.
- Accessibility (WCAG) awareness.
- Experience with React/TypeScript environments.
- Contributed new or improved components to the design system.
- Delivered UI designs that speed up implementation and reduce inconsistencies.
- Clearer design–development collaboration and fewer handoff issues.
- Product teams recognize you as a go-to person for efficient, system-aligned design work.
- Work in a pragmatic, product-driven environment with real impact.
