Ender Turing is a fast-growing AI startup revolutionizing the world of speech analytics. We empower enterprise companies to listen to the voice of their customers by analyzing 100% of conversations with Artificial Intelligence. As we expand, we are looking for a hybrid specialist to be the bridge between our product and our clients' business goals, leading the pilot implementation projects of our platform.
What You'll Do:
- Lead pilot implementation projects for new enterprise clients from the first call to successful completion.
- Serve as the single point of contact for the client: build strong, trusted partnerships, manage expectations, and demonstrate the value of our product.
- Dive deep into the client's business: analyze their needs and consult on how to configure the Ender Turing platform for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate technical integration: translate business requirements into tasks for our engineering team while interfacing with the client's IT department.
- Train and onboard client users, ensuring they are confident and capable on our platform.
- Analyze pilot results and prepare compelling reports that showcase the achieved business outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Implementation Manager, or Customer Success Manager in a B2B SaaS or IT company.
- Advanced or fluent English AND Ukrainian languages (B2/C1). All client communication (meetings, emails, documentation) is in English or Ukrainian.
- A strong technical mindset. You are not afraid of terms like "API" or "integration." You can grasp the technical aspects of our product and explain them effectively to both engineers and business stakeholders.
- A consultative approach. You don't just manage tasks; you act as a trusted advisor to your clients.
- High level of autonomy. You can independently manage multiple projects simultaneously, making decisions and taking ownership of the outcomes.
- Systematic thinking with a proven ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
Will be a huge plus:
- Experience with AI/ML products, or in the speech analytics / contact center industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
