More details about the position:
Therapixel is building an innovative system to process mammograms for centers worldwide. Our success means that our solutions need to adapt and scale to meet both current and forecast demand.
Within this role you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of Therapixelâs software products. You will contribute to enhancing and maintaining interfaces with users and third-party software to integrate Therapixelâs solutions into userâs workflow.
You will work as a member of the development team.
As our Software Development Engineer your Missions and Responsibilities, will be:
- Understands and contributes to the development of:
- Software for Cloud based deployment
- Backend software (Node.js / TypeScript / Golang / PostgreSql)
- Frontend software (TypeScript / JS / CSS / Html)
- Manage and configure orchestration and container tools (Docker, Kubernetes) as well as good software development practice (Git version control, CI/CD, unit & integration testing).
- Develop new features and fix bugs.
- Maintain and update code bases to ensure cybersecurity compliance.
- Improve the efficiency and scalability of existing software solutions.
- Experiment and research new technologies.
- Help plan and implement software architecture changes.
- Help prepare documentation describing the software.
- Maintaining and improving the CI/CD system.
- Writing automated deployment, configuration, and update scripts.
Itâs necessary to have:
- A degree in computer science or equivalent with at 2 yearsâ relevant experience developing and maintaining software systems.
- Experience developing and deploying a full-stack web application.
- At least 2 yearsâ experience working with either TypeScript or Golang.
- Proven experience working using Git and Git-driven CI-CD with tools such as Gitlab and Jenkins.
- Adept with Docker and Kubernetes and knowledge of cloud application architecture.
- Knowledge and experience of Linux scripting tools and command-line utilities.
- Database skills (SQL)
- Knowledge of medical data formats and communication protocols (DICOM)
