Role Overview :


As Global Business Intelligence Director, you will lead the global strategy and execution of data-driven insights, analytics, and measurement solutions for Unlimitail.

Reporting to the Global CMO, you will be responsible for transforming transactional & loyalty cards datasets into actionable intelligence, developing innovative measurement frameworks for advertisers and retailers, and enabling evidence-based decision-making across our organization.


Your Mission :


Leadership & Strategy

· Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, bringing forward insights that shape business growth

· Define and execute the global Insights & measurement vision, aligning with business, commercial, and product strategies.

· Lead a high-performing global team of analysts, and measurement specialists (6 headcounts)


Business Intelligence

· Build scalable BI systems, dashboards, and reporting to serve external partners (retailers, brands, agencies).

· Ensure consistency, accuracy, and accessibility of insights across global markets.

· Drive automation and self-service capabilities for clients and internal users.


Measurement & Effectiveness

· Design and own the retail media measurement framework (incrementality, attribution, ROI, MMM, audience insights).

· Partner with brands, agencies, and retailers to demonstrate campaign effectiveness and optimize investments.

· Develop partnerships with third-party measurement vendors to enhance capabilities.


Commercial Impact

· Serve as a thought leader with clients, showcasing the power of retailer data in driving growth.

· Provide sales teams with tools and narratives that support that support their efforts and prove campaign effectiveness.

· Influence product roadmaps with insights into advertiser and retailer measurement needs.


What we’re looking for :


· 12+ years of experience in analytics, insights, or measurement, ideally within ad tech, analytics firms (Nielsen, Circana), digital marketing, or CPG/FMCG companies.

· Proven leadership experience managing both local and global teams, as well as cross-functional initiatives.

· Deep expertise working with third-party measurement vendors (Nielsen, IRI, Circana, Kantar, etc.).

· Experience in digital advertising measurement is a strong plus (attribution, incrementality, MMM, retail media KPIs).

· Solid technical knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI), SQL, and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, BigQuery) is a plus.

· Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for executives and clients.

· Proven ability to influence at C-level and drive measurable business outcomes.

· Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken) proficiency is mandatory for this global role.


In this role, you will define and implement a global Business Intelligence and measurement framework to drive performance and growth. By embedding a strong data-driven culture across the organization and anticipating market evolutions, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s global development strategy.
