Business Analyst

What you’ll be doing:

• Be the go-to Business Analyst close to leadership and strategy, not buried in dashboards
• Identify risks, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities across departments
• Help shape and prioritise the data roadmap, working with program managers and data engineers
• Translate KPIs into clear, actionable insights and communicate them across the business
• Support not just one stakeholder — but the wider company, helping everyone make better decisions

What we’re looking for:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• MUST HAVE Experience in a scale-up or high-growth company — ideally from startup to maturity
• A business-first mindset — you’re not just analysing for insight’s sake, you want to drive impact
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Someone who is energised and hungry
• E-commerce or consumer tech background is a plus, but not essential
