We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of IT infrastructure projects across our organisation. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end project lifecycles — from requirements gathering through to deployment — ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects such as data centre migrations, cloud adoption, hardware refreshes, network upgrades, and security improvements.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and deliver infrastructure-related projects in line with project management best practices
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and resource plans
  • Coordinate internal teams (network, cloud, security, support) and third-party vendors
  • Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and changes (RAID)
  • Track project progress and report regularly to stakeholders and leadership
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and security requirements
  • Support procurement processes and contract management with suppliers
  • Conduct post-project reviews and ensure lessons learned are captured
  • Promote continuous improvement in infrastructure delivery processes


Skills & Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience managing infrastructure or technical IT projects
  • Proven track record delivering projects in areas like:
  • Cloud migrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • On-premises infrastructure upgrades
  • Network/security improvements
  • Data centre migrations or consolidations
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies: servers, networking, storage, virtualisation, etc.
  • Experience working with internal IT teams and external vendors
  • Excellent project management skills: planning, reporting, stakeholder management
  • Familiarity with frameworks like PRINCE2, PMI, or Agile
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Smartsheet)
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills


Preferred Qualifications :

  • PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile/Scrum certification
  • ITIL Foundation
  • Experience in regulated industries (e.g. finance, healthcare, public sector)
  • Knowledge of information security principles and frameworks
