We specialize in the development, manufacturing, and integration of autonomous unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and electro-optical surveillance systems. We are looking for a Data Engineer to support the Finance Department. You will build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and well-governed through close collaboration with teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data quality consistency and governance.
• Document data flows, schemes and business logic.
• Collaborate with other teams to support Power BI Prepare reporting.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Prepare semantic models and optimize DAX queries.
• Monitor and tune data warehouse performance.
• Troubleshoot data issues and pipeline failures.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience (or strong interest) in working with financial data, reporting, and analytics.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).
• Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of DAX queries and semantic model design.
• Awareness of data governance and quality standards in financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with finance and IT teams and communicate insights clearly.
• Good Latvian and English language skills in written and spoken.
