We are looking for "Cybersecurity Operations Specialist” to join the inspiring journey of Dias, a unique technology solutions provider in its field in Turkey.

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, results oriented and skilled cybersecurity operations engineer to join our growing team. As a cybersecurity operations engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our systems and networks by implementing and maintaining security platforms/controls, monitoring security events, and responding to security incidents. This is a hands-on technical position that requires strong problem-solving skills, security operations experience and a good understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, including international best practice and standards.

What we expect? / Duty And Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain core cyber security platforms for systems and networks, while ensuring compliance with ISO27001 and/or NIST CSF frameworks. Develop and maintain relevant cybersecurity policies and procedures. Implement and operate security tools such as UTM, WAF, SIEM, MDM, SSO and related infrastructure. Work closely with IT and Network groups to implement best in class security operations.

Ensure platform health and capacity planning. Ensure timely implementation of change requests. Monitor security events and alerts, and help responding to security incidents. Participate in security assessments and audits, and develop remediation plans to address any issues.

Stay up to date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends, and ensure that our security controls are effective against emerging threats. Help with POCs as necessary.

Qualifications We Are Looking For :

• University degree in a related field, technical certifications or demonstratable experience in information, cybersecurity operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity.
• Willingness to learn and develop both individually and under coaching.
• Demonstratable good understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies. NGFWs, PAM, E/XDR, MDM, WAF/LB, SIEM, Security GW, VPN and vulnerability management tools.
• Good understanding of the underlying mechanisms of TCP communications. Working understanding of network and/or IT protocols.
• Familiarity with ISO27001 or NIST CSF frameworks.
• Experience developing and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• CISSP, CISM, CEH and relevant vendor certifications are a preference.

Working Conditions:

This role may be based in Istanbul offices or Izmir plant. It may require travel and the flexibility to respond to security incidents outside of standard working hours. Role may lead to a hybrid working model.
