Your responsibilities:

• Create high-converting visual creatives - static ads are key, short-form videos are a plus
• Generate ideas and test unusual angles, visuals, and combinations
• Design fast, iterate even faster, but more importantly - always back it by research and data
• Maintain high quality standards and ensure compliance with Meta’s best practices
• Experiment with new formats, trends and tools to stay innovative
• Find ways to integrate AI tools to speed up our creative processes

What we expect from you:

• Experience creating static ad creatives or other graphic design assets
• Strong skills with Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma or similar tools
• A deep understanding of what makes ads convert - we don’t want pretty, we want performance
• Willingness to pitch and test your own ideas and creative angles
• Experience with AI tools is a huge advantage, curiosity and openness to learn works are just as valuable since it will be necessary at work
• (Bonus) experience with video editing or motion design
• Fluent in English and Lithuanian
