We’re RatePunk, a travel tech startup helping travelers book smarter. We’re looking for an Ads Designer who can mix creativity with data, spot details that matter, and craft ad visuals people actually want to click. If testing ideas, shaping visual style, and contributing to product growth excite you every day, this is your spot.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Design ad creatives for various platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Google, and more).
• Generate ideas, test different ad angles, and iterate based on performance.
• Own both the visuals and the copy for your ads.
• Adapt visuals for multiple formats and devices (from stories to banners).
• Collaborate with the performance marketing team and get real-time feedback.
• Ensure design stays consistent with RatePunk’s visual identity.
• Explore new formats, trends, and tools to keep ads fresh and engaging.
• Organize assets and prepare files for quick use (no “where’s the logo?” chaos).

✅ What We Expect From You:

• 1–3 years of experience in ad design or graphic design.
• Strong skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator (and/or Figma, Canva).
• Solid understanding of visual communication and conversion-friendly design.
• Creativity and willingness to pitch ideas that grab attention and drive clicks.
• Comfort using AI tools (for visuals, copy, and workflow) and curiosity to explore new ones.
• Attention to detail and ability to adapt content quickly for different formats.
• Team spirit, openness to feedback, and constructive collaboration.
• (Nice to have): basic video editing or motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
• (Bonus): experience with ad A/B testing or working in a marketing team.
