About the Internship:

Vandey Global Services offers a full-time, 2-3 month internship in Bengaluru, India, for final-year MBA students or recent graduates in business-related fields. Scope & Focus:

This internship provides a unique opportunity to understand the Indian HR and employment market while simultaneously developing strategies for expansion into Lithuania.

Key Achievements include:

• Analysing and understanding the Indian employment market and our expertise to identify opportunities for in Lithuania market.
• Key Contributor in developing targeted marketing and expansion plans for the Lithuanian market, highlighting the strengths of Indian HR services.
• Bridging the understanding between the Indian and Lithuanian employment markets.
• Getting a Culturally rich immersive experience.
• Gain exposure to various business functions of Indian demography (finance, HR, marketing, sales).

Responsibilities:

• Researching and analyzing the Indian and Lithuanian employment markets, identifying key differences and synergies.
• Matching Vandey's Indian HR capabilities to the specific needs of the Lithuanian market.
• Developing market entry strategies, including identifying and engaging with potential Lithuanian clients and partners.

Qualifications:

• Native fluency in Lithuanian and strong proficiency in English.
• Strong academic record (MBA or related field).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate cultural differences in a business context.
• Passion for the India-Lithuania business relationship, especially in HR and employment services.
