Position Title:
Technical Representative – Baltic Region (Lithuania Focus)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Representative to join our team and provide support for customers in Lithuania and the entire Baltic region. As a key technical liaison, you will assist both the internal sales team and external customers by delivering high-quality technical services and helping to resolve product-related issues. This role includes both remote and on-site responsibilities, and you will act as a bridge between clients and various SolaX departments to ensure optimal customer experience and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support to the sales team and customers in the Baltic region
- Assist customers with fault diagnosis and troubleshooting via phone or email
- Analyze technical and performance data and contribute to improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with internal departments to report and follow up on product issues in a timely manner
- Travel as needed to provide on-site technical support, product training, and installation guidance to distributors and installers
- Represent SolaX at industry events, trade shows, and conferences in the region
- Support other tasks and projects as assigned by your direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related technical field
- Proven experience in technical support, field service, or customer-facing technical roles, preferably in the solar or energy sector
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Lithuanian or other Baltic languages is highly desirable
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Proficient in using computers and diagnostic tools; experience with CRM or technical ticketing systems is a plus
- Willingness to travel frequently across the Baltic region for site visits and training
- Familiarity with inverters, PV systems, or energy storage systems is a strong advantage
- Detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused mindset
