Hydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, currently not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our downstream applications team in Luxembourg combines best-in-class remote sensing, machine learning, and cutting-edge fusion approaches to thermal imagery to deliver innovative and scalable solutions to the agri-food industry.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to shape how Hydrosat’s products are positioned, communicated, and adopted in the market.
In this role, you will be the bridge between our products, customers, and commercial teams defining the narratives that differentiate Hydrosat in the emerging field of thermal intelligence, water productivity, and crop monitoring.
You’ll combine strategic thinking, storytelling, and commercial insight to ensure that our solutions are understood, trusted, and embraced by customers, partners, and investors alike. This role requires both creativity and analytical rigor, and an ability to translate complex science into clear, compelling value.
Job requirements
- Develop and maintain differentiated product positioning and messaging frameworks across Hydrosat’s portfolio, ensuring clarity, consistency, and market relevance.
- Translate technical features and data insights into powerful product stories, one-pagers, and sales collateral that communicate value and drive engagement.
- Own and continuously refine sales enablement materials including product sheets, playbooks, ROI tools, and pitch decks empowering commercial teams to confidently represent Hydrosat’s solutions.
- Partner closely with the Product and Business Development teams to align messaging with customer needs, industry trends, and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to integrate product narratives into brand storytelling, PR campaigns, and events.
- Manage and mentor Product Marketing specialists and external creative partners, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery of materials.
- Lead Hydrosat’s presence at key industry events and conferences, ensuring consistent, high-impact product representation.
- Gather and interpret customer insights and competitive intelligence, feeding them into marketing strategies and product positioning decisions.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, including content performance and sales engagement metrics, and use insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in product marketing or marketing communications, ideally within climate tech, geospatial analytics, agritech, space tech, or SaaS sectors.
- Proven experience creating positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials for technical or data-driven products.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex scientific or technical concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with experience coordinating across teams and managing external creative resources.
- Experience mentoring or managing junior team members or contractors.
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Earth observation, remote sensing, or agriculture technology markets.
- Experience supporting go-to-market strategies for B2B or SaaS data products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and content performance metrics.
- Experience working in fast-paced, international startup environments.
