As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and outcome oriented Affiliate/KOL BD Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence and influence within the crypto community.


Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Affiliate/KOL Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and manage relationships with crypto influencers within the blockchain and crypto community in Türkiye. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the local cryptocurrency market, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in business development and relationship management.


Responsibilities:

Identify and Engage KOLs: Research and identify influential figures within the Turkish crypto and blockchain community, including industry experts, social media influencers, bloggers, and developers.

Build Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Affiliates/KOLs to foster collaboration and partnership opportunities.

Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategic initiatives to leverage Affiliate/KOL influence for the promotion and growth of our crypto exchange.

Promote the Platform: Work with Affiliates/KOLs to promote our exchange through Affiliate Program, social media campaigns, endorsements, content creation, and participation in events and conferences.

Market Insights: Gather and analyze market trends, user preferences, and feedback from Affiliates/KOLs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of Affiliate/KOL-related initiatives.

Performance Metrics: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of Affiliate/KOL partnerships and campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the cryptocurrency industry.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the local cryptocurrency market on top of a solid Turkish KOL portfolio with proven results.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Turkish and English.

Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive business growth.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
