BRING ALL OF YOU
You’re motivated, hands-on, and eager to learn. You want a career where you can grow, contribute, and make a difference in a purpose-driven company.
- You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, economics or a related field by February 2026.
- You are curious, analytical, and ready to take initiative
- You enjoy working with data and collaborating in a team
- You are fluent in English
- You do not have more than 1 year of work experience.
- You identify with Rituals’ culture

- Online Assessment: Complete an assessment to evaluate your fit for the program.
- Phone Interview: Participate in a brief phone call with our team.
- First Interview: Meet with our recruiter and a manager from the HR department.
- Business Case: Develop and present a business case as part of your evaluation.
- Second Interview: Engage in a discussion with senior hr leaders.
- Outcome: Successful candidates will receive a proposal to join the program.
