We are looking for a Product Manager (mid-senior level) with 4+ years of experience in SaaS and exposure to AI or data-driven products. This role is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of HiJiffy’s platform, focusing on delivering innovative, scalable solutions that create measurable impact for our clients.
You will work closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams to define product priorities, ensure alignment with company strategy, and deliver features that delight users and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product lifecycle: from discovery and definition to delivery and measurement.
- Translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality product experiences.
- Define and track key product metrics to measure success and inform prioritization.
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and vision, ensuring scalability and long-term value.
- Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in SaaS companies.
- Exposure to AI or data-driven products is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to balance user experience with business impact.
- Good level of English proficiency.
- Hospitality industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
