THE TEAM
Our R&D team is responsible for designing, developing, and evolving the internal products that power our business. As a B2B company specializing in second-hand luxury items, we rely on technology to optimize every stage of our operations, from buying and Inbound logistics to selling and post-sales support.

THE ROLE
As a Senior Product Manager (Supply Chain), you will define and execute the product strategy for our core Supply Chain operations, including inbound logistics, processing, and stock management. You will be a highly autonomous and strategic leader, driving significant automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability. Your influence will be critical in aligning internal and external stakeholders to deliver a world-class, seamless luxury resale experience.

What You'll Do

  • Define the long-term product strategy and vision for our Supply Chain platform, ensuring clear alignment with the company's growth and profitability goals
  • Lead the automation and optimization of critical supply processes (e.g., inbound, processing, quality control), identifying and implementing technological solutions that drive operational efficiency
  • Operate with high autonomy and independence, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration
  • Master stakeholder alignment, effectively managing and influencing key partners (Engineering, Operations, Executive Leadership) to ensure clear understanding and support for the product roadmap
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational success (e.g., lead time, processing costs, cycle time) to measure initiative success and pinpoint areas for improvement
  • Foster a culture of proactivity and excellence within the product space, anticipating business needs and staying ahead of trends in the pre-owned luxury market
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to break down the strategic vision into actionable backlogs and ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions




Who You Are

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record in Supply Chain, Logistics or high-volume B2B platforms
  • Strong strategic thinking and an ability to translate complex operational challenges into clear, high-impact product roadmaps
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written, English is mandatory) and proven ability to influence and manage expectations across all levels of stakeholders, including C-level
  • Data-driven mindset, expertly using metrics and data analysis to inform decision-making and prioritization
  • Successful history of leading automation and internal process optimization projects that resulted in significant efficiency gains
  • Problem-solving oriented, with a proactive approach and a continuous improvement mindset
